Netflix is seeking a Franchise Planning Manager for its Games division. This role will shape how key IPs appear across games and interactive experiences, operating at a portfolio level to organize and align opportunities. The role emphasizes strategic planning, communication, and ensuring quality and authenticity of IP representation in games.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Franchise/Brand Leads to understand the long-term vision for each franchise and map the games portfolio to that vision, clarifying how each game fits and supports the franchise over time.
  2. Act as a central coordination point for how each franchise shows up across games and interactive experiences, ensuring visibility and alignment among stakeholders.
  3. Contribute to and help drive the development and ongoing refinement of multi-year franchise games roadmaps across multiple IPs, in partnership with senior leaders.
  4. Champion franchise consistency and quality across all game-related touchpoints, in close collaboration with Franchise/Brand and production teams.
