What you'd actually do

  1. Build and grow long-term partnerships by leading day-to-day interactions with key decision-makers within your managed book of franchise groups
  2. Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and internal complexity to unlock value for Partners and for Uber
  3. Increase product adoption and secure marketing investment by clearly communicating the value of our products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
  4. Scale success by identifying key operational opportunities within your managed book and developing clear strategies to drive positive change
  5. Collaborate across operations, marketing, product, and legal to be the voice of the customer, resolve blockers, and deliver solutions that scale

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, digital media, or business development
  • Experience using data and insights to inform strategy, influence stakeholders, and measure impact
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing/working with enterprise partnerships, franchise organizations, or global brands
  • Background in QSR, restaurant advertising, or third-party marketplaces
  • Demonstrated systems thinking and the ability to work well in highly ambiguous environments
  • Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
