What you'd actually do

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, fraud operations, risk management, or a related field.
  • Experience working independently on complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through delivery.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying root causes and building scalable solutions.
  • Project management skills, including estimating effort, creating timelines, and delivering on commitments.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing leadership.
