Investigate and prevent fraud losses for Capital One by examining applications, account takeovers, and disputes. This role involves customer contact, case management, and collaboration with offshore vendors and internal teams to protect the business and its customers from fraudulent activities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Investigate inbound and outbound customer contact for all areas of Fraud and Disputes, including Application Fraud, Account Takeover and Disputes
  2. Protect the business from fraud losses by proactively identifying fraudulent applications and transactions; and protect victims of fraud and genuine customers
  3. Be the point of contact for offshore vendors and other areas of the UK business
  4. Take ownership of cases with end to end case management and one call resolution.
