Fraud Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is a Quality Assurance Specialist focused on fraud operations within a financial services company. The primary responsibilities include monitoring calls and fraud reviews to ensure quality, compliance with laws and regulations, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The role requires experience in fraud investigations and a strong understanding of financial services policies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Monitor Fraud Ops/BPO inbound and/or outbound calls as well as fraud reviews to assess quality, compliance, decision making and/or process improvement opportunities
  2. Keep informed of current Fraud and Risk policies
  3. As necessary, diagnose, correct, and document issues, risks, and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices
  4. Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensure alignment between stakeholders
  5. Identify coaching insights and opportunities. Provide information to management regarding opportunities for coaching and training of employees to improve the handling of calls/alerts

Required

  • 3+ years of previous Fraud Investigations or Fraud Prevention/ Detection experience in a financial services environment
