This role focuses on enterprise fraud risk management, governance, and reporting within the insurance industry. It involves identifying fraud risks, assessing controls, quantifying fraud exposure, and supporting risk-return decisions. The role requires collaboration with business units and analytics teams to mitigate fraud across the value chain and research emerging fraud schemes. While it involves data analysis and reporting, it does not directly involve building or shipping AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate state‑specific anti‑fraud reporting across the enterprise in alignment with regulatory and internal standards
  2. Identify fraud risks within specific business areas and end‑to‑end customer journeys
  3. Perform analytical reviews to identify potential fraud using reports, alerts, and event‑driven indicators
  4. Coordinate cross‑functional, high‑impact fraud incidents, serving as a central collaboration and communication point
  5. Research emerging fraud schemes, trends, and typologies and translate insights into actionable risk awareness
