Front Office Consultant - Secret Cleared

This role is for a Front Office Consultant with a Secret clearance, focusing on supporting military executives with task management, correspondence, and briefing standards. It involves strategy, growth, and transformation within the Government & Public Services practice, emphasizing executive presentation and stakeholder coordination. The role is not directly involved in AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and track front office taskers and suspense dates; ensure timely staffing and quality control.
  2. Provide daily front office support to military executives including rapid-turn tasking and coordination.
  3. Draft, route, and format official correspondence, decision memos, read-aheads, and staff packages.
  4. Translate complex inputs into clear executive storylines, using concise slides, graphics, and speaker notes.
  5. Enforce briefing standards: branding, formatting consistency, version control, and “ready-to-brief” quality.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Ability to travel 20%
  • Ability to work onsite up to 80%
  • Professional experience with Executive Presentation
  • Developing Presentations

Nice to have

  • Prior military experience with familiarity working in headquarters/staff environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (executive briefings, data-to-slide translation, slide storytelling)
  • Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail
  • Experience with DOD staffing processes, correspondence, and task management rhythms
  • Strong MS Office suite skills
  • Familiarity with operational, readiness, manpower, or resourcing topics within the military
