The US base salary range for this full-time position is $284,000-$316,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with DeepMind teams (e.g., Research, Product, Science, and other cross-functional groups) to accelerate paths to impact for DeepMind Research. Build trusted relationships across DeepMind to deliver outsized collective impact.
- Drive strategic, business, commercialization, productization analysis and insights across a variety of AI-native domains. Ensure timely, impactful, and quality delivery.
- Translate into clear recommendations and deliver with influence and credibility to DeepMind’s executives on pivotal decisions.
- Execute through to delivery of demonstrable impact, which will require this person to show up at all times with curiosity, intellectual rigour, honesty, respect and humility.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in business and product strategy.
- 2 years of Frontier AI experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD.
- Experience in business generation and pricing strategy.
- Experience with managing senior stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across the organizational groups.
- Experience as an entrepreneur.
- Experience driving successful "0 to 1" new product launches.
- Ability to be responsive and resilient to difficult, ambiguous and sometimes changing objectives.
