This role is a Director of Financial Service Innovation for the Orthopaedics business at Johnson & Johnson. It focuses on financial planning, analysis, business partnering, and managing financial processes related to business strategy, transitions, divestitures, acquisitions, and technology projects. The role requires leadership, financial expertise, and project management skills, but is not directly involved in building or deploying AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Accountable to ensuring GS lead programs have the appropriate strategies in place to lead GS in achieving Global value case commitments for key global initiatives
  2. Provide overall financial leadership across the GS functions including business partnering and Financial Planning & Analysis.
  3. Operationalizes enterprise deployment/implementation/Acquisition and Divestiture strategies
  4. Identifies, prioritizes, allocates and manages appropriate resources to successfully achieve strategy/implementation objectives
  5. Provides advice, analysis and guidance to senior leadership on critical projects; collaborations cross Finance

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years of finance and/or accounting experience
  • 5 years of finance project experience
  • 3 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
  • Familiarity with various Finance Operational Processes (A2R, ITC, etc.)
  • Ability to influence and interact with impact with Senior Leaders
  • Project Leadership experience
  • Ability and confidence to enact considerable level of judgement and decision making
  • Ability to leverage the capabilities across GS
