Fulfillment Advisor - Card

This role is responsible for acting as the primary project manager to mid/high revenue clients implementing complex Corporate Card solutions. Responsibilities include leading, directing, and coordinating the implementation through a disciplined project management approach to drive time to revenue and create a world class client experience. The Project Manager will consult with the client on how they would like to use the solutions and work across our Product partners to ensure we have implemented the right solution for our client. Third party engagement with providers who offer card solutions may be required depending on scope and the project manager will be accountable for the overall success of the implementation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Consults with client through implementation of treasury product package
  2. Facilitates internal and external client calls to work through implementation requests for successful completion
  3. Troubleshoots research, and responds to internal client team requests for resolution
  4. Engages key stakeholders for awareness throughout the implementation process, owning resolution for the client

Skills

Required

  • Treasury Fulfillment or Card Fulfillment experience
  • experience working directly with BB, GCB, or GCBK clients

Nice to have

  • Project Management experience or certification
  • Ability to work in a client based environment meeting goals
