This role is a Fulfillment Advisor for Global Treasury & Merchant Operations at Bank of America. The primary responsibility is to act as the main point of contact for treasury clients, coordinating the implementation of complex financial products such as treasury, cash management, card, merchant, and depository services. The role involves relationship management, providing technical assistance to internal and external partners, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth implementation process. It requires strong client-facing and communication skills, with a focus on consultative support and stakeholder engagement within the banking and financial industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Consults with client through implementation of treasury product package
  2. Facilitates internal and external client calls to work through implementation requests for successful completion
  3. Troubleshoots research, and responds to internal client team requests for resolution
  4. Engages key stakeholders for awareness throughout the implementation process, owning resolution for the client
  5. Acts as the primary interface to medium/high revenue clients

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 1+ years of work experience in the banking/financial industry
  • Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
