Full-stack Marketer, Customer Advocacy

This role is for a Full-Stack Marketer focused on customer advocacy for an AI Customer Service company. The primary responsibility is to create compelling content (stories, case studies, videos) from customer successes with the company's AI agent, Fin. The role involves operating and improving the advocacy engine, telling customer stories, running campaigns, ensuring evidence is used, and designing AI-augmented workflows. The company uses AI tools to enhance marketing output and speed.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop repeatable sourcing workflows across Sales, CS, and PMM to keep the story pipeline full.
  2. Tell the story of what customers achieve with Fin through clear, compelling content that shows what's real and why it matters.
  3. Own and grow advocacy programs that encourage user-generated content and public storytelling moments.
  4. Partner with Sales, PMM, Product, and Brand to align customer stories with launches, campaigns, and competitive positioning.
  5. Build prompt frameworks and semi-automated systems that increase output without sacrificing quality.
