Stripe is seeking a Fullstack Engineer for their Internal Tools team to build innovative GenAI-powered experiences that enhance employee productivity. The role involves owning solutions end-to-end, collaborating across teams, and experimenting with new technologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own solutions from end to end, managing complexity and engaging directly with stakeholders to think through everything from success metrics, to the details of products and tools that you build.
  2. Use both qualitative and quantitative metrics to determine priorities and measure effectiveness.
  3. Uphold high standards for engineering and product quality and mentor newer team members to do the same.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of industry experience
  • 2+ years of industry experience building rich web experiences using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, etc.
  • working across a full stack—from user experience, to workflow automations, to reliability.
  • working directly with users and building creative solutions that address their problems.

Nice to have

  • passion for enabling people to do their best work.
  • interest in partnering with creative, non-technical teams, such as the teams responsible for creative communications and publishing at Stripe.
  • track record of shipping LLM-powered experiences with a strong understanding of how underlying technologies work.
  • industry experience working with Ruby, TypeScript, and React.
