Fullstack Software Engineer (react) - Financials Platform

Workday is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join their Financials Platform team. This role will focus on building and maintaining UI components and APIs for Workday's Financial products, aiming to deliver consumer-grade user experiences in the enterprise. The engineer will write and maintain code using modern UI frameworks like React and TypeScript, develop tests, and collaborate with team members. The role requires experience in frontend development, React, object-oriented programming, and interfacing with APIs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Write and maintain robust, efficient, and maintainable code using modern UI frameworks and tools, including TypeScript and React
  2. Write reliable unit, integration, and system-level tests that run on the continuous delivery pipeline
  3. Demonstrate technical awareness, vision, and influencing skills in your interactions with people outside your immediate team and organization
  4. Build prototypes to inform the development approach for new features
  5. Understand and promote industry-standard methodology
