About the Role
Envision architecting the Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions for the Workday team itself – the company that literally invented those systems! You'll be working on the cutting edge of Workday's own technology, influencing how thousands of employees across the globe experience their work life. The Recruiting, Talent, and Learning solutions Functional Architect will work closely with product managers, business partners, and business analysts to design and optimize innovative solutions in these areas as well as cross functionally. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable and efficient Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions to support Workday's global operations.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions and related integrations.
- Stay up-to-date on Workday product updates and new features, and proactively find opportunities to demonstrate them.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and end-users.
- Fix and resolve system issues, ensuring the smooth operation of Workday's Recruiting, Talent and Learning processes.
- Partner with platform services resources to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems.
- Research and analyze guidelines in Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions and recommend improvements to Workday's own processes.
- Envision the overal Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions roadmap for Workday
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years delivering large scale consulting engagements with a combination of Workday HCM, ,Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions for global customers.
- 10+ years of validated Workday domain experience.
- Experience with agile methodology and systems (Jira, Confluence)
- Active certification in Workday Recruiting, Talent and Learning functional areas is highly preferred.
Other Qualifications:
- Outstanding analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities with confirmed abilities to think strategically to tackle key business questions/problems
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to communicate optimally with all levels of management, colleagues, and vendors
- Ability to adapt to modification and changes to project plans, demonstrating flexibility to implement new strategies and tactics to accommodate these change.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $169,200 USD - $253,800 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $142,900 USD - $253,800 USD
