This role is for a Functional Architect specializing in Recruiting, Talent, and Learning solutions within Workday. What you'd actually do

  1. Design and architect scalable and efficient Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions to support Workday's global operations.
  2. Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions and related integrations.
  3. Stay up-to-date on Workday product updates and new features, and proactively find opportunities to demonstrate them.
  4. Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and end-users.
