Fusion Adoption Specialist - German Speaker

This role is a Product Adoption Specialist for Autodesk's Design & Manufacturing solutions, focusing on customer success in the EMEA region. The specialist will guide customers through product activation, onboarding, and adoption strategies, analyze usage data, and collaborate with internal teams. Requires fluency in English and German, customer-facing experience, and familiarity with D&M tools and CRM software.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary contact for customers during product activation — guiding them through login, user assignment, and project setup
  2. Drive a high volume of quality engagements via phone, email, and other digital channels to maximize customer impact
  3. Develop and execute onboarding and adoption strategies that increase customer value and product usage
  4. Support customers through early product milestones, identifying and resolving friction points before they become risk
  5. Analyze activation and usage data to identify trends, surface insights, and improve customer outcomes

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role — Customer Success, Account Management, technical support, or similar
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion or comparable D&M tools (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences
  • Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously

Nice to have

  • Additional fluency in French or Italian
  • Background in MFG, D&M, PLM, or a related technical field
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling tools or cloud technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline — or equivalent experience
