Autodesk is seeking a Fusion Senior Sales Specialist to drive expansion within existing high-potential customer accounts. This role focuses on increasing subscriptions, upgrading customers to higher-tier Fusion offerings, and activating advanced data capabilities. The specialist will manage high-velocity sales cycles remotely, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams like data specialists and technical sellers. The role requires proficiency in English and Italian, success in software sales or account management, and an interest in cloud-native technology, AI-driven workflows, and modern manufacturing transformation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Expand Fusion customer accounts by finding high leverage workflows, teams, and product areas that benefit from more seats, advanced tiers, or PLM
  2. Run end to end virtual sales cycles - Qualify fast, align the solution, handle objections, and close
  3. Build targeted expansion plans for your territory that prioritize where Fusion delivers immediate lift
  4. Work closely with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver sharp demos and technical validation
  5. Partner with the land team so customers experience consistent strategy and clean handoffs

Skills

Required

  • Professional working proficiency in English and Italian
  • Success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management roles where revenue growth was the metric
  • Confidence running virtual sales cycles without relying on in person meetings
  • Ability to uncover expansion opportunities inside existing accounts and convert them into closed business
  • Comfort engaging design, engineering, and manufacturing audiences
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders from technical users to leadership
