This is a graduate program role focused on Applied AI & Engineering at Mistral AI. The role involves working on state-of-the-art GenAI applications, collaborating with research and engineering teams to develop and deploy AI models, including fine-tuning, RAG, and Agentic workflows. The program offers rotations, mentorship, and aims to build expertise in applied AI and foundational models, with a focus on shipping impactful AI projects.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work on state-of-the-art GenAI applications, from consumer products to industrial use cases.
  2. Collaborate closely with research, product, and engineering teams to develop complex high-impact, scalable AI use cases.
  3. Assist in the deployment of AI models, including fine-tuning, RAG, and Agentic workflows.
  4. Engage in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology.
  5. Receive mentorship from experienced AI professionals and contribute to several projects.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained from a top University in 2024 or 2025 in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
