Netflix is seeking a Mid-Level Game Producer for their Early Stage Production team. This role involves supporting the intake and assessment of new game projects, operationalizing early stage processes, and ensuring project information is organized. The producer will leverage their experience in owning significant features or pipelines on shipped games to assess feasibility and production planning for new projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role also involves contributing to the evaluation of innovative game concepts and staying current on industry trends.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate intake and tracking of new game concepts, ensuring all required materials and documentation are collected and maintained.
  2. Support the preparation, assembly, and review of due diligence materials, risk assessments, and Greenlight documents.
  3. Leverage your experience owning or managing key development areas (e.g., character pipelines, cinematics, progression features, art asset delivery, etc.) to assess feasibility and production planning for new projects.
  4. Work closely with senior producers, creative, technical, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment during early project phases.
  5. Contribute to the evaluation of non-traditional, innovative, or experimental game concepts, applying your experience with new play styles or unique development challenges.

Skills

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in video game production or development
  • at least one shipped title as a key contributor or feature owner

  • Solid understanding of the full game production lifecycle from concept through launch
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with production, technical, or design documentation
