This role is for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect within Amazon Web Services (AWS), focusing on the Media, Entertainment, Games & Sports (MEGS) sector, specifically the Video Games industry. The individual will shape industry solution strategies with AWS partners, focusing on repeatable solutions for line-of-business use cases. Responsibilities include technical sales, evangelizing solutions, providing architectural guidance, and accelerating customer cloud adoption. While the role involves discussing AI/ML applications in games (generative AI, player behavior modeling, matchmaking, anti-cheat), the core function is not building AI models but enabling partners and customers to leverage AWS services, including AI/ML, for their game development and operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with partners and customers to develop top of funnel sales opportunities with Games industry customers.
  2. Partner with Account SAs, Sales, Business Development and service development teams to accelerate customer adoption of partner solutions through enablement, technical architecture, customer workshops.
  3. Evangelize partners’ value proposition internally throughout AWS and externally with customers
  4. Establish AWS as the partner’s preferred cloud platform for financial services solutions and services.
  5. Work alongside the AWS Partner Development Specialists to develop extensive executive and senior management relationships within partner organizations and become their trusted advisor

Skills

Required
