Meta is seeking an EMEA Agency Lead to drive revenue and product adoption through consultative sales and strategic partnerships with media agencies. This role involves identifying growth strategies, developing scalable programs, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The position requires extensive experience in marketing, sales, and agency relations, with a focus on leading change and influencing within a matrixed organization. While not a core AI building role, it requires demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools for workflow optimization and adhere to ethical AI practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
  2. Identify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the region (from local to regional)
  3. Identify actionable insights to improve agency results and team strategy
  4. Develop and implement scalable agency programs and broader advertising ecosystem initiatives to increase FB share of wallet and FB best practice adoption
  5. Monitor progress against goals and respond to changes in the market

Skills

Required

  • Extensive experience working with Marketing, Brand Advertising, Agency, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising
  • Personal network in place with executive agency contacts at leading agencies
  • Proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of strategic relationships
  • Agency background, Big 6 or Independents
  • Significant proven successful experience in sales and marketing in a sales-based role to leading advertising agencies
  • Proven experience as a leader of change, achieving operational standards by introducing performance measures, processes and systems
  • Experienced at working in a matrixed environment, good with ambiguity and ability to get things done through influencing
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
