This role is a sales specialist focused on growing Google's Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (CX) business. The primary responsibility is to build and expand relationships with new and existing customers, identify use cases for Google Cloud AI products, and drive sales cycles. While the role interacts with AI products and aims to help customers build new products leveraging AI, the core craft is sales, not building or researching AI models themselves.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the Gemini Enterprise for customer experience subject matter expert, manage complex business cycles, identify suitable use cases for Google Cloud solutions, and influence the long-term strategic direction of your accounts.
  2. Manage objectives and key results to deliver against quota and achieve or exceed strategic business and growth goals while accurately forecasting and reporting the state of the business for your assigned territory.
  3. Work with Google accounts and cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Partner Ecosystem) to develop go-to-market strategies, drive pipeline, understand the customer, and provide excellence prospect and customer experience.
  4. Assist customers in identifying GECX and AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions. Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.

Skills

Required

  • Sales experience in enterprise software, cloud, or AI
  • Experience promoting Customer Experience (CX) and Generative AI technology
  • Executive relationship building and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
