Work You’ll Do
As a Data Management Engineer III on the project, you will:
- Gather client requirements and provide technical guidance to ensure successful deployment and integration of scalable AI solutions on AWS.
- Train, fine-tune, and develop Generative AI models using advanced techniques and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineers, business analysts, and clients—to share knowledge and drive cohesive project growth.
- Create clear documentation and presentations to communicate complex, data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continually innovate and enhance solutions

Qualifications
Required**: **
- Bachelor’s degree required
- CompTIA Security+
- Ability to work onsite daily at the client site in Chantilly, VA.
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner
- 1+ years of experience with Bedrock
- 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, with hands-on expertise in Generative AI and AWS-based deployments
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required
- Security+ certification
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000 to $188,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
