Genai Solution Engineer (databricks Ai/snowflake AI Pref'd)

GenAI Solution Engineer role focused on embedding with client teams to build and deploy LLM-enabled applications, including copilots, assistants, and knowledge search. The role involves rapid prototyping, writing production-quality code, integrating LLMs via APIs, building data pipelines for LLM use cases, and implementing RAG and evaluation approaches. It also includes coaching client teams and creating reusable assets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Embed with Deloitte client teams to identify high-value use cases and translate them into executable GenAI solutions
  2. Lead rapid discovery, prototyping, iteration, and deployment—moving from concept to production with strong engineering discipline
  3. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define success metrics, constraints, and rollout plans
  4. Build LLM-enabled applications such as copilots, assistants, workflow automations, and knowledge search experiences
  5. Develop and maintain prompts, tool-use patterns, and agentic workflows with appropriate human-in-the-loop controls
