General Manager for Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, responsible for strategic and operational leadership across multiple lines of business including Front Office, F&B, Spa, Housekeeping, and IT. The role focuses on driving guest service, Cast Member engagement, financial performance, and business transformation to deliver world-class guest experiences.

  3. Inspire the creation of memorable, emotionally rich guest experiences that reflect the magic of Disney storytelling and the spirit of Aulani.
  4. Maintain accountability for overall financial performance, including P&L results, capital planning, and long‑term asset value.
