The Trade Desk is seeking a General Manager, Revenue Operations to lead and scale revenue operations for their Agency and Growth Portfolios. This senior leadership role involves translating global revenue strategy into execution, partnering with GTM, Finance, and Product teams, and building high-performing operational teams. The role requires experience in revenue operations, B2B/technology organizations, and supporting agency-led commercial models, with a strong analytical and leadership skillset.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own revenue operations across the Agency Portfolio (Big 6 and Indies) and Growth Portfolio, ensuring alignment with global RevOps strategy and standards.
  2. Translate company-wide revenue priorities into regional operating plans, execution rhythms, and measurable outcomes.
  3. Serve as a trusted operational partner to GTM leadership, including Business Development and Customer Success teams supporting agency and growth motions.
  4. Oversee portfolio design, account segmentation, and territory structures across Big 6 holdcos, independent agencies, and growth accounts.
  5. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing North America Revenue Operations team supporting agency and growth GTM teams.

Skills

Required

  • 12+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, business operations, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven experience operating at scale within complex, multi-segment B2B or technology organizations.
  • Experience partnering closely with senior GTM, Finance, and Product leaders in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing operational teams.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Track record of driving clarity, accountability, and execution through structure and data.
  • Deep understanding of pipeline management, territory planning, and goaling mechanics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear operational actions.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and revenue analytics tools.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience supporting agency-led or intermediary-based commercial models strongly preferred.
