General Manager, White Label

Deel Deel · Enterprise · NORTH AMERICA · COGS

Deel is seeking a General Manager to build and scale its White Label business into a standalone SaaS platform. This role will own the full White Label P&L and lead strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment. The GM will build a SaaS business by serving ISV customers who resell Deel solutions, partnering with Product and Engineering to develop API-first solutions, and acting as a thought leader on White Label, ISV partnerships, and market opportunities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and scale the White Label business end-to-end, including P&L, growth strategy, execution, and operating cadence.
  2. Build a SaaS business by serving a book of ISV customers who resell Deel solutions across their full client bases.
  3. Set the vision and strategy for White Label, aligning product, engineering, sales, operations, and GTM teams around a unified roadmap.
  4. Drive internal alignment across 60+ product teams, ensuring White Label becomes a first-class priority across the company.
  5. Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to develop API-first, plug-and-play solutions that reduce onboarding friction and manual effort.
