This is a 12-month internship program (Generation Oracle - GenO) in Chile for students in their final year of study, focusing on Customer Success Services (CSS). The role involves supporting advanced customer relationships, improving Oracle environments, and resolving technical issues. While it touches on pre-sales, innovation, and AI, the core is customer support and technical problem-solving within Oracle's ecosystem. The role is geared towards learning and gaining experience in technology, analysis, and new trends, including participation in technical proposals, product demos, and AI use cases, working with technical and commercial teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Brindar soporte enfocado en la mejora continua de los entornos Oracle, aprovechando la propiedad intelectual basada en soporte de Oracle y la experiencia de los clientes a lo largo de su uso de estas tecnologías.
  2. Resolución de problemas con cierto nivel de acompañamiento, especialmente en la comprensión y aplicación de políticas y procedimientos de Oracle.
  3. Participación en propuestas técnicas, demostraciones de productos y casos de uso de IA, trabajando junto a equipos técnicos y comerciales.
  4. Priorizando la curiosidad, el pensamiento lógico y las ganas de aprender desde el primer día.

Skills

Required

  • Final year of university studies with expected graduation by the end of 2027
  • Active university student with current enrollment throughout the 12-month internship
  • Majors related to Administration, Business, Technology, Systems, Engineering, or related fields
  • Ability to work in person in Santiago
  • Advanced English level
