What you'd actually do

  1. Take ownership and evolve a global partner content experience vision, developing a comprehensive and defensible roadmap that connects desired outcomes and KPIs to implementation milestones for all partner tools and workflows.
  2. Lead research, journey mapping, launch, adoption, and structured feedback loops with supplier-facing sales and account management teams, ensuring partner needs are translated into clear product direction and measurable outcomes.
  3. Collaborate closely with IT, design, and machine learning (ML) teams to define requirements, guide technical trade-off discussions, and support scalable solutions that deliver on a long-term product vision while limiting future technical debt.
  4. Securely integrate and leverage AI and ML-enabled solutions that improve outcomes, leading initiatives to apply AI and ML to partner experiences and facilitating clear discussions on feasibility, trade-offs, and implementation with operational and technical teams.
  5. Define and own product success metrics, leverage experimentation and advanced analytics to assess performance, and translate data into compelling narratives that influence prioritization and product decisions.
  6. Influence across complex stakeholder environments, lead milestone planning and launches for large cross-functional initiatives, and clearly communicate product strategy to both executives and implementation teams.
