What you'd actually do

  1. Perform daily and monthly general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis with focus on fixed assets and leasing processes.
  2. Collaborate with the Team and with various business partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  3. Preparing month-end and year-end closings
  4. Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements.
  5. Support the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance (AP, AR or GL).
  • University degree preferably in Finance/Accounting or similar.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP
  • advanced Excel skills
  • English B2, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to plan and execute tasks independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • German language will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP.
