Global Ad Senior Account Manager

Netflix is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive excellence across complex, high-impact advertising partnerships. This role operates at the center of collaboration across Sales Partners, Agencies, Advertisers, and cross-functional teams, supporting local and global accounts and requiring flexibility to operate across different levels of complexity. Success requires the ability to proactively navigate ambiguity, independently drive initiatives, and actively engage global stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with Senior Sales Partners to support client strategy and lead end-to-end execution across local and global accounts
  2. Manage and execute campaigns across multiple markets when required, ensuring alignment while adapting to local market nuances
  3. Build strong, consultative relationships with client and agency stakeholders, primarily at the local level, with the ability to engage regional and global stakeholders
  4. Lead complex RFPs and media planning processes, including multi-market coordination for global advertisers
  5. Proactively reach out to and collaborate with global stakeholders to gather insights, understand market nuances, and bridge information gaps

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Sales Planning within the digital media or advertising industry
  • Experience managing multi-market or global accounts, or the ability to operate effectively in globally coordinated environments
  • Understanding of agency ecosystems, including experience working with local agencies and exposure to regional or global structures
  • Strong ability to operate independently and drive initiatives in ambiguous environments
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across markets to unlock insights and drive alignment
  • Strong understanding of Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP buying models
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances and align diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written Korean and English
