Required

  • 10+ years of experience in brand advertising partnership sales or agency relationship management at major digital platforms with proven track record of revenue growth and strategic partnership execution
  • Established network and credibility with C-suite and SVP-level stakeholders across major holding companies with demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence senior leadership
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building capabilities with ability to build trust and influence across all levels (C-level to IC); comfortable representing Discord at industry events and leading strategic discussions with agency leaders
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and cultivating relationships with senior agency decision-makers, removing complex adoption barriers, negotiating deal terms, and creating contractual solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to develop strategies from the ground up, work through product and client challenges, and adapt effectively in a rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proven ability to synthesize complex data and insights into actionable strategies around high-impact opportunities
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with ability to win support and drive deliverables from key internal stakeholders across sales, product, operations, legal, finance, and other core functions
  • Bachelor's degree required
