Global Agency Development Leader, Amazon Ads

This role leads strategic relationships with global advertising holding companies, managing a team to drive revenue growth, establish transformation roadmaps, and partner cross-functionally with AdTech, Product, and Partner Education teams. The role involves C-suite partnerships, global frameworks, rate card negotiations, and ensuring global-local alignment. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop Agency Development Managers through coaching, mentorship, and performance management to build high-performing teams
  2. Develop and execute customer-led growth strategies with key Holding Companies and their Operating Companies to drive revenue and partnership expansion
  3. Design and deliver agency-wide education programs and events to enable key agency functions and drive product adoption
  4. Identify opportunities for strategic collaboration on creative solutions, large-scale custom executions, and innovative partnership models
  5. Partner with Amazon Ads ADM teams to align agency partnerships with Amazon Ads's product development roadmap and identify transformative opportunities
