Global Agency Lead

Amplitude Amplitude · Data AI · San Francisco, CA · Partnerships (Sales)

Amplitude is seeking a Global Agency Lead to own the strategy for recruiting, activating, and growing a global portfolio of agency and consulting partners. This role focuses on workflow transformation and analytics practice development, ensuring Amplitude is central to enterprise martech transformations. The ideal candidate has experience in partnerships, business development, or consulting within the martech ecosystem and can build scalable co-sell and co-delivery motions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and own Amplitude's global agency partnership strategy — identifying, recruiting, and activating a portfolio of high-value agency and consulting partners across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  2. Develop a deep point of view on which agency archetypes create the most downstream value for Amplitude: which firms drive real workflow change, which ones have the technical bench to deliver, and which ones have the client access to matter.
  3. Run executive-level engagement with senior partners at target firms. You'll be the person who walks into a Merkle or a Publicis Sapient and can have a peer-level conversation about how their practice is evolving and where Amplitude fits.
  4. Build scalable co-sell and co-delivery motions with agency partners — joint GTM playbooks, certification paths, and enablement programs that let partners go deep on Amplitude without needing us in the room every time.
  5. Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure partners are driving real customer outcomes. Pipeline and activated ACV from agency-referred and agency-influenced deals is how success gets measured.
