Global Agency Lead Wpp – Director Partner Sales

This role is a General Manager for a strategic global agency alliance (WPP) at Adobe, focusing on end-to-end accountability for strategy, growth, and business performance. The role involves scaling revenue, expanding market influence, driving co-innovation, and managing the alliance as a business with a focus on joint investments, go-to-market strategies, and measurable outcomes. It requires strong strategic thinking, commercial rigor, and executive influence to serve as the primary executive interface between Adobe and the partner, aligning C-suite stakeholders and mobilizing global teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the global alliance as a business, including vision, strategy, and multi-year growth plan aligned to Adobe’s corporate priorities
  2. Lead end-to-end revenue accountability, including partner-influenced pipeline, bookings, and long-term growth targets
  3. Serve as the primary executive relationship owner with the partner, building deep, trust-based engagement at the C-suite level
  4. Lead the development and global GTM of differentiated joint offerings that deliver measurable customer outcomes – needs familiarity with agency services offerings and associated Mar-Tech/Ad-Tech.
  5. Lead and inspire a high-performing, globally distributed team (direct and matrixed) supporting the alliance

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years of experience in global alliances and global agencies, strategic partnerships, and/or enterprise sales leadership
  • Proven success operating with global accountability for revenue growth and partnership performance at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives and lead within complex, matrixed global organizations
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pipeline development, deal structuring, and forecasting
  • Experience leading global teams and driving cross-functional execution in high-growth environments
  • Recognized as a thought leader with strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills
