This role is for a Global Benefits Specialist at Palantir, responsible for day-to-day benefit administration, compliance, and employee support. The role requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to navigate complex insurance cases and requests. Key responsibilities include managing US benefits compliance, supporting renewals, and managing vendor relationships. Experience with Workday HRIS is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a first point of contact and ongoing resource for employee questions, including healthcare, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, commuter, and wellbeing benefit enrollments/changes, and eligibility.
  2. Manage benefit operations and benefit compliance for US plans, including enrollments, files, invoicing, vendor management, compliance reporting and employee experience across multiple populations of in-office and remote employees.
  3. Support benefit renewals (census files, employee outreach and vendor communication, enrollments, file feeds etc.).
  4. Manage point solutions and vendor relationships, plus employee questions and stakeholder communication.
  5. Cultivate and manage relationships with carriers and cross-functional partners (Payroll, Mobility, etc.) to ensure delivery of high quality and legally compliant programs.
