Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global BPO Performance Excellence Leader to define and govern global operational standards for their MedTech Deliver network. This role focuses on ensuring consistent execution across distribution centers, driving continuous improvement, benchmarking, and optimizing cost-to-deliver to enhance service performance and network excellence. The position requires extensive experience in supply chain operations, operational excellence, and global logistics networks, with a preference for experience in regulated industries.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and deploy global operational standards across all distribution center sites
  2. Own global standards and governance across key areas, including: Site master planning, Continuous improvement (Lean, JJOS, Visual Management), Health, Safety, Quality, and EHS, Performance management, SLAs, and site scorecards, Packaging optimization, waste reduction, and operational efficiency
  3. Lead internal and external benchmarking to generate industry and competitive insights
  4. Define and deploy methodologies for continuous improvement across the network
  5. Act as Global Business Process Owner for Deliver Performance Excellence
