This role is for a Global Campaigns Manager responsible for demand generation and driving pipeline and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns. It involves strategic planning, cross-functional team alignment, performance analysis, and campaign calendar management. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of a key global demand generation campaign, from awareness to conversion. You will utilize a mix of online and offline marketing channels to meet and exceed MQL, meeting, and pipeline goals.
  2. Serve as the campaign "quarterback," aligning and orchestrating a diverse cross-functional team across product marketing, content, creative, web, digital, and regional marketing to ensure seamless execution and a continuous feedback loop.
  3. Consistently analyze and optimize campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of all activities on the demand funnel. You will use these insights to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Develop and manage a global campaign calendar, ensuring all activities are aligned with broader business objectives and regional needs.
