What you'd actually do

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain global salary structures. Prepare regular analytics & insights that measure effectiveness.
  2. Ensure external competitiveness in compensation structures so they are aligned with Oracle compensation philosophy.
  3. Align pay architecture with business goals, career development paths, and industry best practices.
  4. Conducts annual global pay framework review process to evaluate base salary, equity and total compensation ranges.
  5. Analyze market trends and provide recommendations on range & grade adjustments.
