The Global Compensation Pay Architecture Specialist is responsible for designing and managing scalable, global compensation frameworks that align with the strategic objectives of Oracle. This role involves analyzing global market trends, developing salary structures, and ensuring compliance with pay equity and regulatory requirements. The specialist collaborates with Global Compensation partners, HR, and Talent Advisory to create competitive compensation frameworks that support talent attraction, retention, motivation and align with the organizations evolving workforce needs in a complex, high-growth environment.
Compensation Architecture & Design:
- Develop, implement, and maintain global salary structures. Prepare regular analytics & insights that measure effectiveness.
- Ensure external competitiveness in compensation structures so they are aligned with Oracle compensation philosophy.
- Align pay architecture with business goals, career development paths, and industry best practices.
Market Analysis & Benchmarking:
- Conducts annual global pay framework review process to evaluate base salary, equity and total compensation ranges.
- Analyze market trends and provide recommendations on range & grade adjustments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to maintain competitive pay positioning in the tech talent market.
Technology & Process Improvement:
- Leverage CompAnalyst to streamline pay architecture management.
- Drive global process improvements to ensure efficient annual pay framework review.
- Administrator for global job pay range maintenance in HCM & GSI

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
