Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in customer advocacy, reference management, or cross-functional marketing support
  • Strong command of Salesforce and MS Office
  • Proven ability to move complex projects to completion reliably and repeatedly
  • Clear and direct communicator
  • Eye for detail and a passion for building structured processes
