This role focuses on developing customer success stories for Salesforce's AI CRM, acting as a relationship architect to transform customers into advocates who champion the company's AI narrative on a global stage. Responsibilities include executive relationship development, joint narrative orchestration, content strategy for video, strategic advocacy nurturing, and speaker strategy for top-tier events. The ideal candidate has experience in customer advocacy, executive communications, or strategic marketing, with a proven ability to translate technical value into compelling business cases and lead high-production projects.

What you'd actually do

  1. Cultivate a premier circle of top-tier advocates. You will act as a strategic point of contact for customer executives, ensuring they are engaged, valued and prepared for high-profile brand opportunities.
  2. Source and develop complex customer stories that showcase the combined value of Informatica and Salesforce. You will identify how our integrated solutions empower the "agentic enterprise" and translate those technical wins into visionary business narratives.
  3. Lead the creative direction and production for elite customer video content. You will ensure every asset meets corporate brand standards and effectively communicates the transformative power of AI-ready data.
  4. Design and implement strategies to engage customers early in their journey. You will move beyond reactive sourcing to build a proactive nurture engine that cultivates advocacy from the first point of success.
  5. Lead the recruitment and preparation for executive speakers at top tier events.

Skills

Required

  • 5–7+ years in customer advocacy, executive communications or strategic marketing
  • Proven track record of managing C-suite relationships
  • Elite ability to extract technical value and translate it into a compelling business case for a broad audience
  • Confident engaging with leaders at Fortune 500 companies
  • Proven ability to lead high-production video projects and keynote preparations from concept to completion
  • Rigor to ensure all assets are delivered with precision, adhering to the Informatica Editorial Style Guide and brand standards
