The Digital Experience Manager will lead the AI transformation and digital product strategy for the Global Customer Relationship Center, focusing on creating connected, omnichannel customer experiences through digital tools like chatbots, co-browse, and screen share.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create a Connected experience providing a strategic view of the customer and how best to engage
  2. Lead CRC interface with Web Teams, Marketing, Dealer and Social Teams within our CRC
  3. Lead CRC interface managing Mobile App (Ford/Lincoln) channel integrations and portal administration
  4. Own CRC Product for digital tools - Live Chat, SMS, MMS, Messaging. Requires a strong positive attitude and willingness to learn and be innovative.
  5. Innovative leader with Evolving messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Apple Messages for Business, RCS and other)
