What you'd actually do

  1. Build relationships. Lead day-to-day interactions with key decision-makers within your managed book of franchise groups
  2. Increase product adoption and secure marketing investment. Clearly communicate the value of our products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
  3. Highlight key operational opportunities within your managed book of franchise groups and develop clear strategies to drive positive change
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams. Be the voice of the customer and seamlessly navigate internal processes
  5. Bring your analytical A-game. Develop analyses with Global Partner Ops Analysts to understand trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against our goals.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, digital media, or business development
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with a track record of managing complex partnerships and driving product adoption
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills across multiple levels of an organization
  • Proficient in using data and insights to inform strategy, influence stakeholders, and measure impact
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and the ability to balance short- and mid-term priorities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise partnerships or working with franchise organizations in a consultative sales setting
  • Background in food delivery, restaurant advertising, or third-party marketplaces
  • Ability to build and execute joint business plans, prioritize growth initiatives, and align stakeholders around a strategic vision
  • Fast-paced, adaptable mindset with a high degree of resourcefulness and ownership
