Global Developer Relations Account Manager

NVIDIA NVIDIA · Semiconductors · Santa Clara, CA

NVIDIA is seeking a Global Developer Relations Account Manager to lead strategic ISV partnerships in the Manufacturing & Industrial sectors. The role involves driving the integration of NVIDIA's software, models, and frameworks into partner platforms, accelerating critical workloads, and resolving technical challenges. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in industrial automation, hands-on AI application in manufacturing, and strong technical account management skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead several strategic ISV partnerships in Manufacturing & Industrial sectors, driving adoption of NVIDIA software libraries, open models, and frameworks across business, product, and engineering teams.
  2. Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (libraries, models, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints) into ISV partner products, platforms, and pipelines. Guide partners through onboarding and integration by bringing NVIDIA's DevTech, SA, and Product engineering resources to accelerate adoption and develop co-engineering of next-generation solutions.
  3. Engage ISV partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges, using regular syncs to track adoption, surface new workflows, and channel critical field insights back to NVIDIA product teams.
  4. Build positive relationships with executive and technical participants across partner organizations — from C-suite sponsors to the developers building production software.
  5. Identify integration opportunities to deliver differentiated solutions and unique value propositions through strategic partners — particularly in AI-enabled process optimization, digital twins, predictive maintenance, and robot orchestration.

  • Deep experience working at or alongside major industrial automation, MES, or manufacturing software vendors (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Honeywell, Emerson, PTC, AVEVA, Dassault Systèmes)
  • Deep understanding of industrial automation ecosystems — PLCs, SCADA, MES, DCS, OT/IT convergence — and the software stack that runs them.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI in manufacturing or industrial automation contexts, including digital twins, computer vision, predictive analytics, or robotics
  • Structure and implement technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners across sales, legal, product, and marketing teams.
