Stability AI is seeking a Global Director of Sales to lead their sales team and expand global sales efforts. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a cross-functional team, identifying market trends, building customer relationships, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B software sales leadership and a deep understanding of AI technologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and manage a cross-functional team providing mentorship, coaching, professional development and performance evaluations.
  2. Drive high-performance by setting clear goals, metrics, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales and growth targets.
  3. Develop and implement the sales strategy for Stability’s products, aligning with overall company goals and growth targets.
  4. Identify key market trends, emerging opportunities, and challenges within the generative media space to position the company’s products effectively.
  5. Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations and partners, including C-suite executives and other senior leaders.
