Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Education Solutions Lead for the RoAPAC region to shape, lead, and execute the professional education strategy. This role involves developing and delivering educational content, managing faculty, integrating learning technologies, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 7 years of healthcare industry experience (preferably medical device), and 5 years in commercial healthcare roles. Experience in multi-country or APAC-regional roles and cross-functional project leadership is essential. Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the APAC Professional Education strategy for A&R, aligned with global learning continuums and regional business objectives.
  2. Partner with Global Education Solutions (GES) and APAC leaders to translate commercial and clinical needs into effective professional education solutions.
  3. Identify regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to shape innovative curriculum and program design.
  4. Oversee design, localization, and deployment of clinical content, learning journeys, and procedural education aligned to global A&R curriculum standards.
  5. Ensure high-quality execution of education programs, including product launches, procedural training, skills labs, and digital learning.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical device.
  • 5 years of experience in progressive healthcare commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Sales Training, Professional Education, Brand Marketing, Sales Management)
  • Experience working in multi‑country or APAC‑regional roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional projects in matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrate an ability to understand business strategy and translate it into education solutions that support the company’s business goals
  • KOL relationship development and management
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships
  • Strong influence management, oral and written communication skills
  • High degree of business acumen and customer‑centric mindset.

Nice to have

  • Strong clinical depth in Aesthetics, Reconstruction, or Surgical Specialties preferred.
  • MBA or certification in an educational or training-related field/program
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies Instructional design experience, e.g.; building curriculum for Healthcare providers.
