Global Enablement Coordinator (remote)

This role is for a Global Enablement Coordinator at CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company. The role focuses on supporting sales and technical sales enablement through training coordination, webinar hosting, and learning management system administration. It is not an AI/ML development role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and distribute internal communications related to training and enablement programs
  2. Coordinate and host virtual webinars and training sessions
  3. Provide logistical and technical support for onsite training events
  4. Provide end user support for issues with training programs
  5. Administer the learning management system, including: - Publishing training events - Tracking attendance and completion rates - Managing participant registrations
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in coordination or program support roles
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with learning management systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a global mindset and cultural awareness
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms and webinar tools
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset

Nice to have

  • Experience working for a technology or software company
  • Highspot and Docebo administrator experience preferred
