About the Role:
The Revenue Enablement team provides training and enablement to sales roles, technical sales roles, and CrowdStrike Partners. We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Enablement Coordinator to support CrowdStrike's learning and development initiatives. This role is crucial in coordinating and delivering training programs – primary responsibilities include scheduling training, booking venues, hosting webinars, and managing courses and learning plans in the learning management system. This role will support local and global programs; some travel may be required.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and distribute internal communications related to training and enablement programs
- Coordinate and host virtual webinars and training sessions
- Provide logistical and technical support for onsite training events
- Administer the learning management system, including: Publishing training events, tracking attendance and completion rate, managing participant registrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery
- Provide end user support for issues with training programs
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in coordination or program support roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with learning management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a global mindset
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms and webinar tools
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
Bonus Points:
- Experience working for a technology or software company
- Highspot and Docebo administrator experience preferred
