Global Equity Program Manager

Lyft is seeking a Global Equity Program Manager to support and execute global equity programs, manage transactions, and build infrastructure. This role involves partnering cross-functionally on compliance, tax, mobility, and employee education, reporting to the Director of Global Equity Programs within the Legal organization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support administration of Lyft’s global equity programs including processing all awards, grants, exercises, cancellations and the issuance of all new grants in US and in foreign jurisdictions, including managing RSUs, PSUs, ESPP, capital markets transactions and other equity programs.
  2. Continue to drive system automation on the Schwab Equiview platform across Workday and ADP.
  3. Develop and deliver world class employee education programs for new and continuing employees with a focus on mechanics and overall financial wellness.
  4. Support all aspects of SOX compliance and continuously work to build efficiencies around execution and documentation of key controls.
  5. Engage with senior leadership from the legal, finance, and people organizations to design future equity programs and policies and continue to tailor existing ones to the changing needs of our workforce.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in stock plan administration
  • experience with public companies on a global scale
  • experience effectively partnering with Total Rewards teams
  • international equity plans (including M&A equity integration)
  • supporting Compensation Committee processes
