This role is for a Global Event Management Coordinator at Johnson & Johnson. What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate on assigned projects and key program workstreams from initiation through execution and close-out, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule and budget.
  2. Oversee and manage complex financial operations supporting up to $26M in annual spend, including vendor payments through Ariba (wire transfers, check requests).
  3. Manage MSA and contract lifecycle processes through eMarketplace, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
  4. Proactively manage and prioritize a complex, rapidly changing executive calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  5. Manage high-volume communication channels, responding to inquiries and coordinating event-related communication needs.
